By creating a TaskMIS account or accepting a team invitation, you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. TaskMIS is a workplace tool for users 18 and over.
A team admin creates the workspace and invites people by email — the invitation is the only way into a team. Keep your sign-in credentials safe; what happens under your account is your responsibility. Admins control roles, seats and settings for their team.
During the Founding Pilot phase, TaskMIS is free for invited pilot teams. Paid packages, when they apply, work simply: a payment extends your workspace by 365 days, and each package has a seat limit. If a subscription lapses, you get a 7-day grace period with a banner; after that the workspace becomes read-only — everything stays visible and exportable, nothing is deleted, and any payment unlocks it instantly.
Your team owns the content it puts into TaskMIS. You give us only the limited permission needed to host and process that content to run the service. You can export your data from the Reports screen anytime, and request full deletion at support@taskmis.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Use TaskMIS lawfully and for its purpose — running your team’s work. Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access another team’s data, or resell TaskMIS without our written agreement.
We work to keep TaskMIS fast and available, and we improve it continuously — features may evolve. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to TaskMIS is limited to the amount your team paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can stop using TaskMIS anytime and take your data with you. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after reasonable notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a change to these terms is significant, we’ll post it here with a new effective date.
